<p>The Custom Stamping Progressive Mould adopts a high-precision progressive structure design, and realizes the integration of punching, forming, cutting and other processes through multi-station linkage. This technology has an ultra-high positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm, supports the processing of various metal sheets with a thickness of 0.1-6.0mm, and is particularly suitable for the production of large quantities of precision parts such as automotive parts and electronic connectors. Through CAD/CAE simulation optimization and carbide insert design, the mold life can reach more than 3 million times, and with the servo feeding system, it can achieve high-speed and stable production of 60-120 strokes per minute. We provide a full-process solution from material selection, mold flow analysis to mold trial verification to ensure that the product dimensional tolerance is controlled within the ISO 2768-mK level standard.</p>
