Time flies and the journey is broad. We will continue the glorious chapter and start a new era. On February 21, Zhengqiang Group held the 2024 year-end summary and 2025 work planning meeting at its headquarters in Zhongshan.
Group Chairman Wang Fengling, Group Executive President Xu Jianbao, general managers of seven business units and heads of core functional departments of the group gathered together to draw a blueprint for development. Year-end summary: forge ahead and reap a lot of rewards At the beginning of the meeting, the seven business units and the three functional departments of the group reported on their work throughout the year in turn. The participants conducted in-depth analysis and review of the main operating status, existing problems and shortcomings of each unit.
In 2024, the Group will achieve its overall business objectives, and most of its business units will be operating well. Among them, the three business units of Dongguan Longxi, Chengdu Zhengqiang and Huizhou Zhengqiang have performed particularly well in the fourth quarter and annual performance. Work plan: layout for the future, ready to go Facing the new journey, the Group’s Executive President Xu Jianbao proposed seven key work plans to comprehensively enhance the Group’s core competitiveness:
◉ Comprehensively increase new business expansion: explore new markets and tap new opportunities.
◉ Accurately attract customers and empower market promotion: enhance brand influence and attract more high-quality customers.
◉ Comprehensively improve supply chain operation and integration capabilities: optimize supply chains, reduce costs and improve efficiency.
◉ Strengthen R&D project management and technical capability layout: innovation drives development, and technology leads the future. ◉ Accelerate the construction of information technology capabilities: digital transformation and improve management efficiency.
◉ Construction and upgrading of human resources system: build a high-quality team to provide talent guarantee for enterprise development.
◉ Strengthen the control and professional services of the Group’s financial system: ensure financial stability and escort the development of the Group. Chairman’s message: Firm belief, create brilliance together. Chairman Wang Fengling encouraged each business unit and gave important instructions at the meeting.
First of all, President Wang expressed his sincere gratitude for the excellent results achieved under the leadership of President Xu in 2024, and shared the policy trends and market trends behind hot events such as the “Private Entrepreneurs Symposium”, the movie “Nezha” and DeepSeek, further strengthening the confidence of private manufacturing enterprises in the future development.
President Wang emphasized that in 25 years, we must adhere to customer-oriented, the group should maintain continuous development, continue to achieve customers and employees, and put forward seven major work requirements:
◉ Accelerate global layout: Promote the diversified development of the group, help overseas business units expand the market, attract more potential customers by increasing brand exposure, and enter the international market.
◉ Reconstruct the service ecosystem: From simply selling products to full life cycle services, establish a one-stop solution covering the entire process of customer needs, and achieve long-term value binding and in-depth cooperation.
◉ Strengthen crisis awareness: All new and old cadres need to abandon the mentality of lying flat, continue to break through themselves with “zero thinking”, and continue to maintain the spirit of hard work and struggle.
◉ Adhere to innovation-driven: Give equal importance to technological innovation and thinking innovation, focus on strategic areas such as artificial intelligence and green energy, integrate innovation into daily operations, and achieve sustainable development.
◉ Consolidate the talent foundation: Strengthen corporate culture and team building, improve the talent training system, and enhance the comprehensive quality of the team to support the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
◉ Build a solid risk defense line: Ensure financial stability, establish a financial and operational risk warning mechanism, and ensure capital security and business continuity.

PART.2 Summary and Sharing Meeting On the afternoon of February 22, in order to convey company information and development plans in a timely and rapid manner, all cadres of the group gathered in the training room on the first floor of the group to conduct annual work summaries and outstanding project (cost reduction, quality improvement, successful ERP launch) experience sharing. At the meeting, Wang Chengbiao, director of the Operation Management Department of the Group’s President’s Office, summarized the launch of the U9C system; Yu Liang, the purchasing director of Chengdu Zhengqiang, shared the experience and results of purchasing cost reduction; Chen Gang, general manager of Longxi Business Unit, gave a detailed report on the improvement of comprehensive efficiency. Xu Jianbao, the executive president of the group, awarded certificates and bonuses to the cost reduction award-winning units to commend their outstanding performance in cost reduction. Finally, General Manager Xu made a summary report of Zhengqiang Group in 2024, sharing the group’s 24-year business overview, five-year development strategic intentions, and the overall business goals and key work plans for 2025, pointing out the direction for the group’s sustainable development.
With the successful convening of the business analysis meeting and the cadre meeting, Zhengqiang people are standing at a new starting point.
