High-Speed Low-Loss Connectors use precision impedance matching design and low dielectric constant materials to ensure signal transmission rates of more than 56Gbps and insertion losses of less than 0.5dB/cm. By optimizing the contact plating process (such as 3μ” gold plating) and air insulation structure, contact impedance of <1.0Ω and plug-in life of >1000 times are achieved. This technology supports 28GHz high-frequency applications, complies with IEC 60603, USB4 and other standards, and is widely used in high-frequency transmission scenarios such as 5G base stations, data centers and automotive Ethernet. We provide a full-process solution from simulation modeling to signal integrity testing to ensure stable performance under -55℃~125℃ working conditions.
